Astraeus

Astraeus was the Titan god of stars and planets and the embodiment of the celestial majesty. He wasn’t simply an observer, but a being woven into the very fabric of the cosmos. His presence was felt in the twinkling constellations, the steady burning of distant suns, and the mysterious dance of the planets. He personified the awe-inspiring vastness of the universe, a realm he understood with an intimacy reserved only for gods.

His union with Eos, the goddess of dawn, brought forth a powerful force that touched both the heavens and the earth. Their children were the four seasonal winds – the harbingers of change, the invisible hands that shaped weather patterns and carried the whispers of the gods across the land. The arrival of each wind was marked by the rise of specific constellations, a celestial guidebook that foretold the coming of spring’s gentle breeze, summer’s scorching breath, autumn’s crisp whispers, and winter’s icy grip.

He also brought forth a daughter – Astraea, the goddess of the constellation Virgo. She embodied the concept of justice and innocence, a celestial counterpoint to the raw power of the winds and the vastness of the starry expanse. Her presence offered a glimmer of hope and righteousness within the vast, sometimes chaotic, realm of her father.
